SIME has joined the Regional FSE+ Programme 2021–2027, within the framework of Specific Programme No. 5/23 – Training, dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee welfare, with the support of CONFAPI FVG.
During the autumn, the project involved the company in the development of two training prototypes:
• New organizational and governance models and certifications
• Sustainable supply chains, customers, and certifications
The activities were carried out by FOXWIN, whom we would like to thank in particular through the contribution of the outstanding coach Filippo Causero. The programme engaged the organization in an in-depth learning journey focused on key topics such as the evolution of organizational models, self-organization, delegation, motivation, and the clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and purposes.
A central element of the programme was the transition to a circle-based organizational structure, featuring autonomous teams, each with clearly defined objectives and responsibilities, interconnected through a system of representation. The General Circle plays a coordinating role, ensuring shared governance, an overall vision, and effective communication across the different areas of the organization.
This model fosters a more participatory approach to decision-making processes, contributing to an enhanced workplace climate, increased employee engagement and productivity, stronger alignment with shared values, and organizational inefficiency reduction.
SIME’s goal is to enhance people’s potential, promote inclusive collaboration, and align the entire organization around a shared purpose.
We strongly believe that innovation is not only about products and services, but above all about the way we work together; this is why we are committed to developing a sustainable, responsible, and people-oriented work environment, with a strong focus on organizational well-being.
