SIME has been operating as an international industrial automation system integrator since 1970. The company was founded by the entrepreneur Michele Fabiani who guided it with professionalism, courage and managerial intuition until the beginning of 2009. His daughters, Monica and Maria Elena, continue the family business with the same spirit, tenacity and the search for quality that has always distinguished the corporate soul thanks to a tightly knit team of internal and external collaborators.

SIME supplies the engineering and manufacturing of power and automation switchboards, the PLC and SCADA/HMI software, including the commissioning, for both complete systems and the revamping of existing production lines. The plant safety systems are provided as well, tailored to the overall complexity.

The company started within and developed its know-how in the steel sector but since the 80s and 90s has been diversifying its range of sectors and expanding its skills to other areas such as: chemical, oil & gas, water treatment / wastewater, GRP pipes and much more.

SIME represents a flexible and reliable partner able to offer targeted answers based on the specific needs of each customer.
