The project was commissioned by SMS Group S.p.A. for the Americas region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The supply includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 Motor Control Centers (MCCs), divided as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>1 MCC for the Combustion Area<\/li>\n<li>1 MCC for the Handling Area<\/li>\n<li>3 MCCs for Rolling Stands<\/li>\n<li>3 MCCs for Auxiliary Services<\/li>\n<li>2 MCCs for the Cooling Bed Area<\/li>\n<li>2 MCCs for the Finishing Area<\/li>\n<li>3 MCCs for Water Treatment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>12 protection boxes<\/li>\n<li>14 Brake resistors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main components used in the panels include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main switches from 400A to 1600A (XT5 and E1.2 type)<\/li>\n<li>Soft starters from 37A to 250A<\/li>\n<li>ACS880 multi-drive system powered by DSU unit with 12-pulse \u2013 Inverter modules from 130A to 800A<\/li>\n<li>ACS880 multi-drive system powered by DSU unit with 6-pulse \u2013 Inverter modules from 18A to 78A<\/li>\n<li>ACS880 multi-drive system powered by regenerative RRU unit \u2013 Inverter modules from 25A to 340A<\/li>\n<li>ACS880 single drives from 11A to 240A<\/li>\n<li>DCS880 converters from 1000A<\/li>\n<li>DCS880 converters for magnets from 25A<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces via distributed I\/O with integrated safety modules, ET200SP type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We sincerely thank SMS Group for once again confirming their trust in our work, as well as our suppliers, especially ABB and SIEMENS, for their valuable support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last January, the delivery of power panels for a new rebar rolling mill was completed.
